Yes, I was diagnosed with PCOS last 2018 tapos nag take ako ng pills at metformin as prescribed by my OB para maging regular ang mens ko. Kaso itinigil ko din. I haven't undergone any diets naman since the start of the year but here I am, on my 35th week. Na tyempuhan ko lang po talaga siguro na makapag conceive. My prayers are for the other PCOS patients out there who wants ti conceive already❤️
