Aiyoh, I haven't had a fourth baby myself, but a few of my mum friends who went for C-section multiple times say the recovery can be trickier each time because of scar tissue, some of them mentioned their doctors were extra careful about where they cut. I'd really suggest you have a proper chat with your OB about the risks and what to expect, especially since it's your fourth, because every uterus is different lah.
