Aww mama, I'm so sorry you're going through this, that's really confusing at stressful, especially after three TVS showing nothing. A few of us mums have dealt with similar situations, at honestly the left-side pain combined with positive tests pero walang baby sa womb is something your OB really needs to dig deeper into. Even if the TVS didn't pick up anything, sometimes hormonal stuff or other things going on sa body can cause that kind of localized pain, it's not always about what shows up on screen right away. One of my close friends had persistent cramping on one side with a positive test, at her doctor had to do additional bloodwork to check her HCG levels over time, kasi sometimes that tells a clearer story than one ultrasound session. The pain in your butt and leg is worth mentioning too, kasi it could be nerve-related or from other stuff happening sa pelvic area, hindi necessarily baby-related. I know it's frustrating when tests say one thing at the ultrasound says another, but definitely push your doctor to figure out what's causing that pain, whether it's hormonal, cyst-related, or something else entirely.
