Honestly, a few of us have had mixed experiences with Dasma; some say the nurses have improved over the years habang may iba pa rin na nakaencounter ng same issue, kaya it really depends on the staff on duty na makukuha ninyo. My suggestion lang, if you do decide to go back, maybe try to request for a specific OB you trust, or bring a doula or supportive person na magiging advocate ninyo during labor, kasi that makes a huge difference sa experience. I know it's scary to give it another shot after trauma, so maybe first consult with your doctor if Dasma is still the best option for you, or consider other hospitals din na may better reviews for compassionate care, your peace of mind and safety matter most.
