Can I ask what's your milk boosters, can you all list yours here and I want to try to see what's my milk booster as until now I still don't know ~

Malt drinks like milo and horlicks works for me. And I add chia seeds to the drinks. Salmon sashimi is definitely my milk booster as well. Lots of soup especially the green papaya and fish soup.
