Can I ask what's your milk boosters, can you all list yours here and I want to try to see what's my milk booster as until now I still don't know ~

Malt drinks like milo and horlicks works for me. And I add chia seeds to the drinks. Salmon sashimi is definitely my milk booster as well. Lots of soup especially the green papaya and fish soup.

My milk boosters are fresh papaya (ie eaten as fruit and not cook in soup), salmon sashimi & avocados. Drink plenty of water and soups, coupled with direct latch on demand :)

Rolled oats soaked overnight, milo with evco, fenugreek, moringa seeds, flaxseed cookies, raw papaya soup.. I've tried it all and it works for me - I mix and match the above..

What brand is that?

Milo, soya milk, red date Logan tea is my milk boaster.. And cranberry oat cookies..

uncooked bitter melon. others didn't work for me.

Soy milk, bananas, red date with logan water

Oats and durian are my milk boosters!
