Baby kecik

Eh beb, baby growth dalam perut mostly depend on nutrition mama, makan protein cukup-cukup, vegetables, fruits, calcium semua lah! A few of my mum friends yang worried pasal baby kecik end up kena scan regularly je to monitor, then their OB reassure them it's genetics or timing, bukan masalah. Best thing is discuss dengan your doctor, dia akan check ultrasound dan blood work, maybe suggest specific foods or supplements kalau betul ada concern. Jangan stress sangat, some babies memang kecik on the scan tapi lahir perfectly fine, and every pregnancy is different!
