Do you buy any fever medicine from pharmacy for kiddos to standby at home? If yes, which brand?

The traditional medicine from pharmacy is the pink color kid's panadol. Other than that, I'll take from clinic with consultation, bruffen and (cant recall the name) the other one to inside to the butt one for high fever.
