Anyone has a 3 year old kid who has not spoken a single proper word

But can speak normally when bigger?

Not speaking is not an issue.. But whether the kid can manage atleast 10 words.. Does the kid respond to the name.. If she met the above criteria dont worry u csn wait as my nephew started speaking only after 3.5 yrs
