Ay don't worry, 22 weeks pa lang yan and baby positions change all the time, honestly most babies are still breech or sideways at that point kaya totally normal pa! Size-wise, medyo mahirap sabihin based sa dating lang, pero if the OB said growth is on track during your ultrasound, you're good na; a few of my mum friends were worried the same way at 22 weeks tapos normal lang lahat pagdating sa due date. Best to ask your doctor again sa next check-up kung may concerns ka specifically about baby's growth or position, kasi sila ang makikita talaga kung okay lahat. First pregnancy is scary talaga but you're doing great!
