Mine is no smell after refrigerated but always smells like vomit when the milk wet my bra especially during letdown or when my breasts are full and I have no time or forgot to pump. I read that it's ok. My nb does not gag or vomit but still drinks it. Found this on Google. Lipase is an enzyme in human milk that breaks down the milk fats so baby can easily digest it. Mothers have found that an excess of this enzyme can cause the milk to smell or taste sour or soapy, even though all storage guidelines have been followed.

I don’t think mine had any smell after refrigeration. But yes, excess lipase can make it smell sour. Are you refrigerating or freezing? As long as the taste is ok and your child drinks it, it’s probably just fine.
