Sometimes I latched one side and hold the single pump (electronic) on the other side so it's like pumping both sides and letdown is more efficient since baby's sucking is better. Qoo10 got sell this kind of pumping bra that allows pumping and nursing at the same time. One side holds the pump and the other side works like nursing bra. Quite costly though. Simple wishes has this supermom all in one bra which fits the bill. :)
