Yes, pwede mo ituloy ang breastfeeding sa first baby mo kahit pregnant ka na, marami sa amin na nag-tandem nurse, ang isa ko pang kaibigan nag-continue throughout her pregnancy and it was totally fine. The best thing talaga is to check with your OB just to make sure everything's okay with your pregnancy kasi bawat mama's situation is different, pero generally speaking, breastfeeding while pregnant is safe and normal para sa maraming moms.
