Just keep yourself healthy and well-hydrated, mommy ☺️. Based on Supply and Demand ang breastmilk production natin. So dapat laging nakalatch si baby para magkagatas, hindi yung hihintayin munang magkagatas bago padedehin si baby ☺️ I highly recommend po na magjoin kayo ng FB grp na "Breastfeeding Pinays" for proper education and support group on breastfeeding ☺️ Correct and proper knowledge on breastfeeding is way more effective than any milk boosters in the market ☺️ Kayang-kaya mo yan, mommy... Btw, ang batayan po ng dami ng milk ay based on baby's output (poops, wiwi, pawis), at hindi sa dami ng napu-pump. Kapag umiiyak or iritable si baby, it doesn't always mean din na gutom sya ☺️
