Collagen x Placenta pills

#breastfeed Can I take beauty pills such as collagen and placenta while breastfeeding with my 3 weeks old baby . Is it safe and beneficial for her as well ? If not can you recommend what are the vitamins that i can safely consume while breastfeeding my lo. I am trying to avoid post partum hair loss @ 3months .
