Hey mama! For breastfeeding, I'd stick with mild, fragrance-free soaps lang, yung gentle ones like cetaphil or dove kasi hindi irritating sa sensitive skin mo, lalo na sa chest area. A few of us tried switching to unscented options when nag-breastfeed kami kasi some babies get confused or irritated with strong perfumes, so safer lang talaga to keep it simple!
