Aiyoh, breast pump yang tak bising is hard to find lah, tapi honestly the electric ones from Spectra or Medela are quieter compared to manual ones, a few of us tried and they're more gentle on the nipples jugak. Depends on your budget, but if you're pumping frequently, investing in a good electric one is worth it sebab faster and less effort!
