Aww mama, it's so hard to be sick while exclusively breastfeeding, pero the good news is most colds are safe to continue EBF, your antibodies are actually helping protect baby pa! Mas importante lang na you rest well, hydrate, at mag-sanitize ng hands before holding baby; a few of us tried wearing a mask pa during feeds para extra safe, at honestly it helped us feel better emotionally pa. But if you're worried or feeling really bad (like may fever na mataas or difficulty breathing), definitely check with your doctor para sure, especially since you're EBF and need to be okay.
