Stress tips 101

Breakthrough not breakdown. 💜 The past few months have been crazy! I am pretty sure all of us are having our crazy day once in a while. I wanted to share my thoughts on how I converted my breakdowns into breakthroughs. I've mentally and physically let go of what does not serve me. Purge the feelings, the bad habits, self-limiting beliefs. Lahat ng nakaka nega sa life, iwasan na muna, kung ito'y hindi maiiwasan... tawanan mo na lang. Hindi naman habang buhay yan, malalagpasan mo rin yan momsh! Next is to seek the guidance of someone you trust , a mentor, a teacher, a loved one. I could have not sustain my sanity if not for my guide. He calms my storms and tells me that everything will be okay. He copes up too with my weekly tantrums 😅 Tap into your innner creativity. painting, writing, dancing, playing…embrace your innovative side. Me? Reconnected with writing. Thanks to my mentor ( see second bullet) 😅 Also, Seek ways to be inspired, to be creative, and to broaden your innate talents. When you tap into inspiration, you tap into your own divinity.  I hope my story helps you somehow. 😅 if not haha natapos ka na magbasa momsh, wag ka na mag reklamo. Joke!
