skincare for breakouts

the breakouts are more often and i’m not sure what skincare products are good and safe during pregnancy. any ladies have good recommendations?🥺

Mine too.. my derm did rec an antibiotic which is the only type that’s safe for pregnancy. But if the breakouts are not bothering you too much, will just say go with something that hasn’t too much chemicals in it.
