Week 7 makan sikit tapi lepas makan stomach floating like makan banyak🤢 takut berat sgt

Breakfast makan satu roti telur lepas tu tenghari makan bungkus chicken rice makan sikit2 lepas makan habis sampai petang 6/7 pm tpi lepas makan stomach pun rasa kenyang sgt2 and jadi besar sebenarnya makan portion 3sudu je sekrg 7 weeks berat 1.5 kg lebih dr cakap week 8 cuma berat 1 kg , sepanjang prgnant hanya berat 10kg bawah kalau lebih gemuk 🤢 mengapa saya makan sikit shj akan rasa saya mkan mcm banyk Dan perut pun besar mcm overeating and rasa muntah tapi x keluar makanan

Sorry sangat i tak berapa faham part berat tu. Tapi time pregnant perut memang akan cepat rasa bloating sebab our digestion process is slower due to pregnancy hormones. So sometimes we can feel fuller quickly. Thats why its recommended to eat less portion but more often (around every 2-4 hours) so we dont feel bloated too much. Do eat more fruits as well to ease digestion

I think it’s best you have several small meals a day instead of the usual 3 meals. Does help with the bloating symptoms in early pregnancy. Take good care, don’t stress and enjoy your pregnancy journey! 🤗
