Bp monitoring

Ah, that's smart na nag-monitor ka na at 36 weeks, a few of us did the same kasi it's one of those things na important to track especially towards the end ng pregnancy. Have you been checking with your OB regularly about your BP readings, or is this something you just started doing on your own? It's really best to share all your home monitoring numbers with your doctor kasi they can see the pattern and make sure everything's on track for your delivery, especially if you're noticing anything unusual like headaches or swelling.
