hi all...my boy 3yr old still drinking fm 4x a day...i want to transit him to fresh milk..how do i do that? and which brand of fresh milk?

You can transit by offering one milk feed per day with fresh milk then gradually increasing the number of feeds, like transitioning between stages of FM. Farmhouse, Meiji, etc are good as long as they are full cream. But anyway, it's also OK to continue FM if you are on brands without sucrose
