Ay, oo normal yan sa 4 months old! Usually around this age ang babies nila start to change their poop patterns, pwedeng once a day, pwedeng every few days, especially if exclusively breastfed kasi mas efficient ang body nila mag-absorb ng breast milk. A few of us moms noticed the same thing sa amin, at first nag-alala kami din kung may problema, pero it's actually okay as long as the poop is soft/mushy when it comes out at hindi constipated ang baby. Just watch na hindi siya uncomfortable or crying, at kung ever you notice hard pellets, bloating, or she seems in pain, better check with her pedia just to be sure, ha!
