Aih, I totally get it lah, going back to work after maternity is stressful enough without worrying about feeding! Honestly, a few of us tried introducing the bottle around 4-6 weeks (or whenever you feel ready), and the trick is to be patient because some babies memang reject the bottle at first, especially if they're used to direct breastfeeding. Start with expressed milk in a bottle during the day when baby's not too hungry, let your partner or caregiver try first (sometimes they refuse from mum because they can smell the milk), and keep the bottle teat soft and slow-flow so it feels more natural for them. Don't stress if it takes a few tries, most babies adapt within a week or two, and once they get the hang of it, life becomes so much easier when you're back at work!
