NURSING STRIKE

Ahhh nursing strike memang mencabar! A few of my mum friends went through this, one lasted about a week, another almost 3 weeks, tapi tiap baby lain lah. Kena try keep offering breast, express sikit to keep supply, and offer bottle/cup at different times bila dia lebih relaxed (sometimes pagi lagi senang). Most importantly, jangan stress sangat sebab dia rasa tension kita jugak, try stay calm even though bergelut tu memang frustrating! Kalau berlanjut lama atau dia langsung tolak susu, better check with your doctor or lactation consultant, ada yang boleh help troubleshoot apa triggers-nya. You're doing great, mama!
