Boleh share tak pengalaman bersalin ibu²? Sy dah 37 weeks, just nak tahu rasa sakit contraction tu. Anak firat dulu masuk hospital cirit dgn muntah. Pastu kena induce jadi mcm dah lupa plak contraction tu mcm mana huhu. Time masuk hospital tu pun 37w 4d, then bersalin 38w 2d. Aiyoo sama lah, setiap labour memang beda experience especially kalau first time was induced! Contraction tu macam period cramps tapi intense, then gradually jadi macam squeeze/pressure kat perut and lower back, a few of us describe it like gelombak, starts small then besar-besaran. Time you're 37 weeks already macam tu your body boleh start practice contractions jadi don't panic kalau rasa kecut-kecut, tapi true labour contraction tu regular spacing dan sakitnya escalate, bukan randomly je. Since you're so close to due date now, just monitor je kalau contraction tu coming every 5-10 mins consistently, then time to go hospital, good luck, mama!
