Tukar susu dari step 1 ke step 3

Hmm, biasanya better kalau gradual transition daripada jump terus dari step 1 ke step 3 lah, sebab tummy dia boleh jadi upset dengan sudden change. A few of my mum friends yang try lompat stage, their babies kena constipation or loose motion. Kalau anak you dah almost setahun, memang boleh consider step 3, tapi campur sikit-sikit dengan step 1 dulu over a week or two, tengok macam mana tummy dia respond. Tapi better check with your paediatrician first, especially kalau anak you ada any tummy issues sebelum ni, so dia boleh advise based on your baby's individual needs.
