Ahhh sayang, I totally understand that guilt lah, a few of us went through the same thing! Honestly you can resign during maternity leave, tapi check your company contract first because some have clauses about it; better to ask HR quietly before you submit. The bottle rejection thing is SO common, one of my mum friends said her baby took about 2-3 weeks of consistent trying before accepting it, and what helped was having someone else (not mama) offer the bottle when baby isn't hungry yet, lagi calm. Don't feel guilty for prioritising your baby, you're making a choice that feels right for your family, and that's what matters!
