Boleh je makan latok masa pregnant, sayang, banyak mum friends aku makan latok throughout pregnancy without issues. Tapi since you're only 7 weeks, maybe check with your doctor or midwife first lah, sebab latok tu ada mercury content sikit-sikit especially if it's from certain areas, so better safe than sorry during the early weeks ni. Cravings tu memang normal, so makan la tapi jangan overconsume, everything in moderation when you're expecting, okay?
