Aiyoh, better check with your doctor first lah, especially masa awal-awal kandungan macam ni, banyak mak-mak I know kena advise to avoid urut sampai lepas first trimester at least, takut kena complication. Your OB akan tahu best position dan which areas okay ke tak, so jangan risau, just ask at your next checkup!
