Sis, I'm not sure about RSAT TUDM Kuantan specifically, but from what I know, most military medical facilities do provide antenatal checkups for wives, you should call them directly to confirm lah, sebab setiap tempat ada different policies. My friend's husband is military too, and she just rang the clinic first to ask about pregnant check-ups and what documents they need, then booked an appointment; much easier than just showing up!
