Aduh, merah-merah pada badan tu banyak sebab, bisa dari heat rash, allergic reaction ke laundry detergent atau fabric softener, atau kadang-kadang dari pakaian yang terlalu ketat dan panas, especially kalau weather panas macam ni. Try dulu check if there's any pattern (after certain clothes, after outdoor time, after certain foods) then gently bathe baby with cool water and loose cotton clothing je; a few of my mum friends swear by switching to mild, baby-friendly detergent like Seventh Generation or Pigeon, and one of us found out her baby had heat rash that disappeared once she moved to a cooler room at night. Tapi kalau merah-merah tu spread, jadi blistery, or baby jadi panas/lethargic, better check with the paediatrician cepat-cepat, okay?
