Honestly, a few of us tried asking kat WhatsApp groups and Facebook mums' community, if you post kat Kelantan parents group, usually dapat response quite fast with recommendations + numbers. Kalau pantang sendiri, at least try to get siapa-siapa (maybe your mum or MIL) to help with the cooking and cleaning for the first few weeks, yang tu pun dah bagus sangat! One of my friends did pantang sendiri jugak tapi she had her neighbour helping, made a big difference lah. Try asking your gynae's clinic too, they usually ada list of trusted ladies.
