Nak, please call your OB or go to the hospital agad-agad if the bleeding is heavy or if you're unsure, hindi dapat mag-alala kang mag-bother, yan ang trabaho nila. At 37 weeks after an IE (internal exam), some spotting or light bleeding can happen, pero ang amount mo and kung paano ka nararamdaman ay importante talaga, better safe than sorry. A few of my mum friends had similar experiences, pero each pregnancy is different, and your doctor needs to see you properly. The constant cramping + discharge combo definitely needs a check-up, hindi lang message lang. Magsunod-sunod lang ang check-ups mo ngayon, mamsh, ikaw at baby mo ang priority. Take care!
