Pregnant 1 year after C-section

Ay, oo naman! I actually have a few friends na nag-pregnant ulit within that timeframe, and honestly ang dami nilang naging concerns, lalo na kung kaya na ng katawan. One of my mum friends got pregnant exactly one year after her C-section, at nag-VBAC siya successfully, super fast labor pa, which honestly surprised her docs din! But sabi niya, ang first year with a newborn and a one-year-old was really demanding, physically and emotionally, so plan accordingly if you're thinking of this. The big thing I've noticed from their experiences is na kailangan talaga ng close monitoring with your OB, especially on the scar tissue and overall uterine healing, some doctors prefer to wait 18-24 months para safer, pero case-to-case talaga. Dagdag mo rin na rest and good nutrition are super important kasi your body's still recovering from the first pregnancy while managing a baby.
