General Eh, dengan baby ketiga mungkin dah boleh rasa earlier lah, aku rasa movements aku around 16-17 weeks for my second, but some mummies feel earlier kalau dah pernah pregnant before. Since you're already 15+ weeks, boleh jadi dalam couple of weeks or two je you'll start noticing those little flutters, especially kalau you sit down and relax and pay attention! Don't worry if you don't feel consistent movements yet though, it'll come, very normal at this stage.
