Hai mama, congrats on baby number two! Yah, boleh start folic acid terus after positive UPT, memang bagus untuk development baby. Biasanya 1 biji sehari ja, tapi better check dengan doktor or at the clinic when you book your appointment sebab ada different dosages depending on situation macam previous pregnancy history ke apa. Untuk anak kedua, tak perlu rush gi private scan mula-mula, tapi kena register at your nearest clinic to get the pink book, they'll advise you on timing, usually around 8-12 weeks. Buku pink tu important for tracking, so jangan skip ye. A few of my mum friends did the same, terus open buku pink je tanpa private scan dulu, and they were fine, tapi appointment with the clinic still kena do so they can guide you properly on the folic acid timing and other antenatal care. Better safe than sorry lah!

Boleh consume asid folic 1 hari 1x. Depends pd KK area sis mcm mne. Ada KK boleh terus bukak buku pink, scan kat KK, ada KK nak picture scan dulu sblm bukak buku pink. Sis boleh call dulu atau walk in utk tanya detail. Mcm KK tempat saya boleh terus bukak buku pink, mase tu dh 9 w. byk kene soal jawab dulu la tp❤️.
