Aww, ganda ng idea na combine ang names ninyo two! You could try Jobi or Joanice, pero honestly ang most natural combo I've heard is Bjoey, marami sa circle ko na ginawa yan with parent names and it flows really well sa Filipino pronunciation din. Some of my mum friends also go with just picking one and using the other as middle name, like Joey Biancas or Bianco Joey, kasi sometimes the mashup can be tricky pang-legal documents hehe.
