Eh, if your heart is racing or berdebar-debar, please go see a doctor or go to A&E straightaway, okay? This one cannot anyhow wait, better to check and make sure everything okay. A few of my mum friends have experienced this before and most of them went to get checked at the clinic or hospital. Biar amanah, you know how it is when we're worried, stress, lack of sleep, everything also can trigger it, but still kena confirm with the doctor. Take care of yourself, ya!
