Is it best to save for a condo unit or a brand new house? What is advisable for my future family?

Spacious condos are very expensive, and you also have to buy your parking space. We opted to buy a house because we can have more floor area with the budget thay we have, plus a garage. We can also do house extensions in case we need additional rooms in the future.
