Is it best to save for a condo unit or a brand new house? What is advisable for my future family?

I agree with Mikaela. My hubby actually thought of investing in getting a condo but I opposed to it as it is still better to get a house. Condo is very limiting. If we have our own house and lot, we can renovate it the way we want to and even expand it say we wanted to add another floor/s.
