Is it best to save for a condo unit or a brand new house? What is advisable for my future family?

Personally, we prefer to have our own house instead of a condo unit. Spacious condo units are relatively higher-priced and with a budget of, say, 7 million, you can already get a house big enough for your family. This doesn't include parking space which may even amount to a million.
