Best educational book to get for my 7 year old?

At seven, all books are educational! Don't limit your child's reading choices. Let him have a variety of genres -- fantasy, fairy tales, mystery. I remember reading all sorts of books when I was seven and in primary 1. It served me well when I was writing compositions and in my use of the English language.
