Normal ja, sayang! 1.9kg at 31 weeks tu dalam range yang okay, doctors usually expect baby to be around 1.5-2kg at that point, so yours is tracking well. A few of my mum friends had similar readings at that stage and their babies turned out perfectly fine, so try not to worry too much, but definitely mention it to your doctor at your next checkup just to be sure everything's progressing nicely!
