Aiya, BCG lymphadenitis memang boleh jadi after the jab, it's a known side effect, though not super common lah. Since your child is already on antibiotics from the doctor and it's getting better, that's good sign, tapi do keep monitoring and go back to the doc if the swelling doesn't go down or gets worse, okay? Hopefully by now dah settle already since you mentioned it happened after the 1-month mark.
