TTC using FERN D, FERN ACTIVE AT MILKCA
Been reading a lot of positive feedback regarding this 3 vitamins. Is it really helpful for those who are trying to conceive? I am taking folic acid. TTC for a year. Thank you for your help. ❤️
Hay, I feel you on the TTC journey, a year is a long wait talaga! So a few of us moms in our group have taken FERN D, FERN Active, at Milkca while TTC, and honestly marami sa amin swear they helped, pero ang truth is it's really hard to say kung yan talaga ang game-changer or combination ng factors na nag-work. Since kayo nag-take na ng folic acid which is super important, I think best move is mag-check with your OB about these three together, kung safe mag-combine lahat and kung tama ba ang dosage for your specific situation, kasi they'll know your full health picture. Fingers crossed for you, mama!
