Tingling and numbness

Hi!been having tingling and numbness sa right hand/fingers. Akala ko mawawala after I gave birth pero 2wks postpartum n ko,andto pa rn ung pain. Na experience nyo rin ba yun?is it normal?what did you do to relieve the pain?
