At 10 and 11 weeks, my nose was completely blocked. I went to Watsons and bought every possible nasal spray or rub. It was so blocked, I couldn't sleep at night. My gynae says it's normal. Anw I started using a nasal wash (NeilMed) and wash my nose twice a day. It's getting so much better. I can sleep now
