Estranged marriage

Been asking for divorce frm Husb. He refused. I feel the marriage cant work anymore. Its affecting my girl's personality and i dont want that.. what am i to do? Im suffering and unhappy

i feel that is just a waste of money and time.. coz i have tried talking to him before this and the way he replies to things.. it was so immature
